🔴⚪️ We’re delighted to announce our management team for the Kilmore United B team for the upcoming season: Terry Furlong and Darren Dempsey.
Both men have been deeply involved with the club for many years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the role. Terry joins the senior setup after years of coaching in our underage system, while Darren continues his commitment to the team as player-manager.
Terry shared his enthusiasm ahead of the new season:
"I’m really looking forward to getting involved with the B team for the coming season after a number of years involved with the underage setup. There are some really talented young players at the club, and I’m hoping to play a part in helping them make the step up to the men’s side. Jack has outlined his plans for the coming year and I’m looking forward to working with him, Darren and the rest of the coaches in what I’m sure will be a successful season for the club.”
Darren is equally focused on the season’s goals:
“One of the main aims has to be to get more youths involved this season, especially with Jack coaching – it will help bring on the youngsters and help push for promotion because the players are definitely there. I feel the B team has a lot more to give and I am determined to get these youngsters and older lads playing like they can to push the team on.”
With a strong blend of youth development and on-field leadership, the B team is in great hands. We look forward to an exciting and competitive season under Terry and Darren’s guidance.
